KOLB PFC EXECUTIVE BOARD 2021 - 2022
The following is a brief description of the board positions. A complete list of duties is available here Roles & Responsibilities.
President: The chief executive officer of the organization; supervise the business and affairs of the PFC subject to the direction of the board.
Vice President: Assist the President as needed; oversee all fundraising activities/events.
Secretary: Maintain and distribute minutes of all board and general meetings; assist with the preparation of the meeting agendas.
Treasurer: Maintain financial records; prepare and monitor budget; process deposits and payments.
Director of Volunteers & Room Parent Coordinator: Maintain a list of all volunteers; serve as a liaison for the room parents; contact volunteers as needed for various events/school support.
Director of Communications and Technology: Coordinate, write, and disseminate information for the PFC Kolb community; maintain and update the PFC webpage.
Director of Spirit Wear: Work with PFC to develop a budget; maintain inventory; market and distribute clothing.
